How do I rent event decor from Nerdy Fox Rentals & Designs?
Renting event decor from us is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our wide selection of event decor items, including centerpieces, florals, arches, and more. Then someone from our team will reach out to you with more details to reserve the items requested.
What if I need assistance with decor setup and arrangement at my event?

We understand that setting up event decor can be a challenge. That’s why we offer design and setup and services for your convenience. Please reach out to our team for your design needs. Our experienced team will ensure that the decor is placed and arranged according to your preferences, saving you time and effort. This service is available for an additional fee, and you can discuss your specific requirements with our team to create a customized setup plan.

Is it possible to view the event decor items in person before renting them?

Yes, you can view our event decor items in person before making a rental decision. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to visit our showroom to see the decor up close. This is a great opportunity to get a better sense of how the items will look at your event and discuss any questions or customization options with our staff. Our showroom visits are by appointment only to ensure that we can provide you with personalized attention and guidance. What's required to rent decor?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is due along with the signed agreement and a card on file for damages. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to the wedding or event date.

Do you have a minimum rental requirement?
Yes we require all rental orders to be a minimum of $150.
What if something gets broken?

Hey sometimes accidents happen! Any items not returned, missing, cracked, damaged, or need cleaning will incur a damage fee. We require a credit card authorization form at the time of rental so any damages, replacement, or cleaning fees will be charged to the card after the event is over and the items are returned. The fee is determined by Nerdy Fox and the current market value of the items in question. *These are unique pieces and most are non-replaceable. The client is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery/pickup to the pick up/return. Please ensure that our pieces are secure at all times and protected from the weather and other harmful elements. 

How long do I have the rentals for?
Our rental rates are based on “per event”. Most rentals are self pickup and we all you to pickup on Thursday and return on Monday unless there is a holiday during that time.
If you deliver my items will you set them up?

All furniture and large items that are rented for drop off only, we are happy to place them in the areas they will be located for the wedding or event. If other small details, glassware, and/or centerpieces are rented, we will leave in the storage bins and deliver to the nearest entrance to the venue. This way they are protected until you need them.

*Please be sure to store all bins and other delivery items so they can be re-packed in their original containers after the wedding or event.

What if I need to add items later on?

That’s ok! Part of the benefit of renting is the flexibility to make changes if you need to. Just keep in mind there may be a price difference or the items you are interested in may already be rented. We do require you to finalize your order 14 days before your event.
